Using our members portal to renew your membership

Our members portal is an online area where you can manage your membership with us quickly, easily and securely.  

Follow these step by step instructions on how to renew your membership via the portal. You can either set up a Direct Debit or make a secure card payment.

Step 1 - Log in with your Username

Your username is your membership number (if you joined before April 2016) or your email address (if you joined in or after April 2016). If you have forgotten your password, go to the 'forgot password' link. 

Step 2 and 3 - Check and update your personal details on your profile, go to membership section

Make sure we have your correct postal address and email address to ensure our magazine, email newsletter and notifications about your membership reach you. If we don't have your date of birth or gender, please complete this, as we will use it to confirm your identity if you ever get in touch over the phone.

Step 4 - Choose the correct membership category. Complete your communications preferences and monitoring information

Confirm your membership category. You can also upgrade to a joint or family membership at this point. Family membership is made up of individual memberships with a discount applied at the checkout. Scroll down the page and amend your preferences for how we communicate with you.

Step 5 - Select additional services and your preferred payment method 

Make a donation, request a printed membership card or add JustGo Rewards. Select your preferred payment method then click 'finish' to head over to the check-out to complete your payment.
