Our members portal is an online area where you can manage your membership with us quickly, easily and securely.
Follow these step by step instructions on how to renew your membership via the portal. You can either set up a Direct Debit or make a secure card payment.
Stage 1 - log in with your username (find this on your renewal reminder email or letter)
Your username is your membership number (if you joined before April 2016) or your email address (if you joined in or after April 2016). If you have not logged in before and need to select a password, go to the 'first time access' tab. If you have forgotten your password, go to the 'unknown password' link.
Stage 2 - check we have your correct contact details, then go to the membership area
Make sure we have your correct postal address and email address to ensure our magazine, email newsletter and notifications about your membership reach you. If we don't have your date of birth, please complete this, as we will use it to confirm your identity if you ever get in touch over the phone.
Stage 3 - choose the correct membership category, then scroll down the page to finish & pay
Confirm your membership category. You can also upgrade to a joint or family membership at this point. Scroll down the page and amend your preferences for how we communicate with you, if you wish, then click 'finish'.
