Mountaineering Scotland is recruiting a new Member Services and Communications Manager.
They will be responsible for leading a team to develop the Mountaineering Scotlandís member services, deliver on membership recruitment targets, and manage our communications, including the implementation of campaigns and promotional activity in support of our objectives.
The post will be based in our Perth Office.
With a growing membership of 14,000, Mountaineering Scotlandís mission is to act as the voice of a diverse and active community of members, and to encourage mountaineering participation and sporting achievement, valuing Scotlandís mountains as places of adventure, escape and natural wonder.
The successful candidate will have a track record of leading a team and managing people to deliver results, with an ability to motivate colleagues across the organisation to provide an excellent level of personal service to members.
They should also be commercially aware with experience of successfully originating and implementing communications campaign and / or promotional activity.
