• To enter you must correctly answer a question through our online form via the link on our website and submit your contact details so that we contact you if you are chosen as a winner. We won’t use your personal details for any other purpose unless you agree to receive further information from us as part of the competition sign up.
• Competition entries close at midnight on 31 December 2020.Entrants must have a UK postal address.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. 
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names or accounts. Entrants may not enter or participate as part of a syndicate, group, society or company. You may not enter the competition using automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to enter the competition repeatedly.
• Winners will be chosen at random from all entries that answered the competition question correctly. 
• Winners will be notified by email by 15 January 2021 at the latest.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available. 
• If a specified product is no longer available from our sponsors, a suitable alternative will be provided.
• If a winner doesn’t claim a prize within 28 days of being notified, or if a winner isn’t available to take up the prize, we may award the prize to another entrant (or not award the prize at all) without liability to the winner.
• Should a winner's contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify us.
• Employees of Mountaineering Scotland and anyone connected with the competition, together with their families, may not enter the competition.
• We reserve the right to amend or to cancel, alter or amend the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, or if circumstances arise outside our control.
• By entering this competition, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions and to participate in publicity about the competition and winners. 
• Our decision as to the winners is final. In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, our decision will be binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
