Annual General Meeting 2016

The annual general meeting of the MCofS will be held on Saturday 24 September 2016 at the Dewar’s Centre in Perth, starting at 4pm.

In accordance with article of association 6.3:

  • The nomination of candidates for election as directors should be made in writing by a voting member to the Company Secretary, by no later than 15 July 2016.
  • Members wishing to table any other competent business under agenda item (h) should give written notice to the Company Secretary by no later than 15 July 2016.

The AGM will be preceded by relevant reports and seminars of interest to members. The full agenda of the AGM and seminar programme will be published in the August 2016 edition of Scottish Mountaineer.
