New members portal

On Thursday 1 December, we are moving to a new and improved members web portal and database. The changeover will require a day in which our online member services – course booking, joining and membership renewal – will be off-line.

The portal will switch off at 4am on Thursday, with the new portal expected to be live by mid-morning on Friday 2 December. During this time you can contact us on 01738 493942 and we will aim to help you over the phone.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and look forward to introducing a more user-friendly system.
